Meeting People Where They Are. Supporting Where They Want to Go.
For more than 75 years, Community Living Toronto has supported people with intellectual and developmental disabilities every hour of every day, in their homes, supported living settings, and communities. BridgeWorks brings that experience to you. We don’t just understand the challenges you’re facing; as an organization, we’ve lived them. That’s why our plans are built for real life, not just for paper.
We come to you, at home, in a supported living setting, or in the community. Our expertise shows up in the places where people actually live, so support fits into everyday routines.
Our clinicians work alongside teams providing 24-hour support. We know what works at 7 a.m. on a busy morning and at 2 a.m. when things get hard.
We start by listening. You and your family know your life best. Together, we work out exactly what’s getting in the way and build practical plans that lead to meaningful change.
From childhood to the teen years, adulthood, and aging, we support people through every stage. We help families plan ahead and prepare for what the future may hold.
We understand budgets and funding because we work within them every day. Our recommendations are realistic and designed to last.
Regulated Behaviour Analysts, a developmental psychiatrist, psychology, nursing, and social work all work together as one team, so you don’t have to coordinate them yourself.

The RBA (Registered Behaviour Analyst) has been wonderful, accommodating, and professional. An exceptional partner for myself and provider to families.

Aly (The Registered Behaviour Analyst) has been a valuable partner in supporting the individuals we serve. Families have consistently provided positive feedback regarding her communication and thoughtful suggestions. She collaborates well with in-home staff, maintains open communication with our team, and provides clear, timely documentation. Her responsive and supportive approach has contributed to positive outcomes for both families and staff.

Over the past year, Community Living Toronto has become a highly valuable clinical services partner to Community Living York South. Their knowledgeable, responsive, and collaborative team has helped us build deeper knowledge and capacity across our organization, strengthening staff confidence and consistency through practical training, consultation, hands-on support, and the co-design of clear, person-centred plans. We have seen meaningful outcomes, including reduced reliance on emergency medications during times of crisis, sustained reductions in serious incidents, and stronger implementation of support strategies across teams. We are very pleased with the impact of our first year together and would confidently recommend BridgeWorks Clinical Services to other organizations.
”Whether you are looking for support for a person with an intellectual disability, guidance for a complex situation, or training your team, we are here to help.
